KEG capsules are warranty capsules that have a body in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and a top disc in couche paper.
The PVC film used in this type of capsules is heat shrinkable mono-oriented, and it is this feature that gives this product certain flexibility in its application as eases the development of a wide range of products with different dimensions and shapes. This product is designated for beer and wine barrels, jam jars and cans, and other similar containers that require this type of seal.
As for customization and decoration, the PVC film can be printed using the rotogravure process in up to four colors, and regarding its top disc, this can also be printed using offset and digital printing.
